Rolf Ekroth has a multi-dimensional approach: utilitarian, nostalgic, and sustainable, drawing on both Nordic aesthetics and streetwear. A graduate of Aalto University in Helsinki, Rolf Elkroth won Finland’s Young Designer of the Year award in 2015. The following year, he was a finalist at the Festival International de Mode de Hyères, where he won the Galeries Lafayette prize. Since 2021, his eponymous brand has been celebrating and modernizing Finnish heritage and expertise. His shows have been part of the Copenhagen Fashion Week Official Calendar since August 2023.
Rolf Ekroth se distingue par une approche multidimensionnelle : utilitaire, nostalgique et durable, puisant à la fois dans une esthétique nordique et dans le streetwear. Diplômé de l’Université Aalto à Helsinki, Rolf Elkroth a remporté le prix du Young Designer of the Year en Finlande en 2015. After studying fashion at Aalto University in Helsinki, Rolf Ekroth was awarded young designer of the year in Finland in 2015 and was a finalist at the Hyeres Festival in 2016. In 2020, he launched his eponymous brand to pay tribute to Finnish heritage and traditional know-how, which he rethinks and modernises. He is presenting his collection at Copenhagen Fashion Week. He joined Sphere Paris Fashion Week Showroom in 2023.
