About Sourcing at MAGIC
Sourcing at MAGIC is North America’s largest apparel and accessories B2B trade show.
The event hosts 1,100+ exhibitors and attracts over 25,000 attendees, including buyers, influencers, stylists, and industry experts from 65+ countries.
The show is a dedicated platform for contract manufacturing and private label business, making it a one-stop sourcing destination for global retailers, importers, designers, wholesalers, and brands interested in the latest trends and innovations.

Why Exhibit at MAGIC?
The USA remains a lucrative market for Indian apparel exports, particularly in categories like jerseys, pullovers, cardigans, T-shirts, shirts, trousers, shorts, and more.
US imports of ready-made garments (RMG) from India grew from $3,201.6 million in 2020 to $4,933.1 million in 2024, with India’s share of US apparel imports increasing from 4.5% to 5.9%.
Knitted RMG continues to have higher acceptance in the US market compared to woven apparel.
Participation Charges

Cost per Booth (9 sqm.) Rs. 7,35,000/-
Airfare, hotel accommodation, logistics, and transportation of display materials are not included and must be handled by participants.
Payment Methods:
NEFT/RTGS transfer to AEPC’s bank account.
Demand Draft/Pay Order in favor of “Apparel Export Promotion Council.”
No cheques accepted.
Share UTR details after payment to confirm your participation.
Deadline: Submit your application and payment by July 25, 2025.
Booth Facilities
Each exhibitor will receive:
9 sq.m. stall
One round table, three chairs
16 rods OR 16 shelves (1 meter each)
Name fascia and carpet
Six track lights, one laptop charging point
Water bottles, dustbin, 150 hangers
Additional services or modifications available at extra cost
Application Process
Download the application form from AEPC’s official website or collect from local AEPC offices.
Submit the completed form with payment.
Booths will be allotted through a draw of lots for those who paid the full amount on time; the process is first-come, first-served.
Withdrawals and Visa Support
Pre-draw withdrawal: Rs. 25,000 + GST forfeited.
Post-draw withdrawal: 100% forfeiture.
Visa invitation letters will be provided only after full payment and contract signing; US visa appointment proof must be submitted at least 30 days before the show.
Financial Assistance
AEPC has proposed an MAI (Market Access Initiative) grant; approval is pending with the concerned Ministry.
If sanctioned, eligible exhibitors (primarily MSMEs and those who fit export turnover/participation criteria) will receive booth cost subsidies or airfare reimbursements as per MAI rules.
Until official approval, exhibitors should also check for support under respective State Government export schemes.

AEPC is not liable for buyer turnout, customs clearance, hotel bookings, or visa/refunds. Exhibitors are responsible for compliance with all laws and fair regulations.
Participation is subject to draw and FCFS basis; waitlist system applies if oversubscribed.
