Participation Details
Booth Specifications & Charges:
Standard Booth (3m x 3m): ₹2,50,000
Early Bird Offer: ₹2,35,000 (for payments up to 30th May, 2025)
Corner Booth: 10% additional on standard rates
Booth includes branding, LED lamps, carpet, furniture, hanger stand, and power connection.
Airfare, hotel, and personal logistics not included.
Financial Assistance:
AEPC has applied for a Market Access Initiative (MAI) grant—final approval from the Government is awaited.
Eligible participants may get booth cost subsidies and airfare reimbursement, as per MAI norms (for firms with exports between ₹50 lakh and ₹50 crore, and as per other qualifying criteria).
MAI support is subject to confirmation and norm adherence.
Application Process & Important Dates
Deadline for Applications and Payment: 16th June, 2025
Payment via: NEFT/RTGS to AEPC’s account or Demand Draft/Pay Order to Gurgaon or select regional AEPC offices.
No cheque payments allowed. Ensure to share UTR details for online payments.
Booth Allotment & Cancellation Policy
Booths allotted via draw of lots among applicants who pay in time; no changes post-allotment.
Participation is first-come, first-served until seats fill.
Waitlist maintained if over-subscribed. Early application is recommended.
Withdrawal before the draw: ₹25,000 + GST forfeited. After draw: 100% forfeiture.
